Jermaine and Miguel come together once again to create another banger, this time from J. Cole’s forthcoming sophomore offering, Born Sinner. These visuals illustrate the ‘set of horns’ side of Cole, as obsession turns fatal in this video, co-directed by Nabil.
Straightaway I thought of the track Dreams from his ‘09 mixtape The Warm Up.. have a listen. Is it a dream, or a manifestation of a dream, or neither, or both?
Either way, it’s all very dope.
Meet The Acropolis Sound. They are two Manchester producers, KEE and Bad Osiris (Murkage Cartel) and this is their free, three track introductory EP. And what an introduction. Hello, hi.
It’s 20 odd minutes of Bassy, Electronic, Deep Housey delight that wonderfully reworks three carefully selected tracks. Namely, Nate Dogg - I Got Love, 112 - It’s Over Now, the Flume remix of Hermitude’s Hyperparadise.
Each track is around a seven minute offering (a tad bit too long imo) with slow building intros and a full exploration of the various elements that make the best bits of said track. Liking this a whole alot.
Download it £free.99 via The Acropolis Sound FB page.

Oh gawd *Big Sean voice*. We been waiting for some newness from the original Sugababes, now aptly known as Mutya, Keisha and Siobhan (MKS). The track was posted on Dev Hynes’ (Blood Orange) SoundCloud with the comment:
“Just finished recording new music with Mutya, Keisha and Siobhan and the girls felt like having a bit of fun at the end of the last session - enjoy!!”
They’re sounding wicked and going in effortlessly of the Kendrick jam. Word has it that original music is due in the next week so hol’ tight with this one on repeat til then.

B.e.a.utiful sounds from badman producer Lapalux featuring the vocals of Kerry (from Kerry and Peter). Listening to this and watching this are two very different experiences. The visuals are dark, sombre and very intense, but the concept is executed brilliantly and is cinematically stunning.
Without Out is from the Lapalux debut album, Nostalchic with drops on March 25. Get’ch yours.
